Federal Mills

The brief:

Unify a disparate group of heritage factory spaces at the old Federal Woollen Mills in Geelong, into a cohesive tech precinct that helps establish Geelong as a capital of business in Australia.

The solution:

Create a coherent brand that brings unity and character to signage and wayfinding, print materials, a website and much more. The site (now Federal Mills) now has a distinct look and huge visibility for miles around, due to striking signage on the heritage facade. The unique precinct is now fully functional and inhabited by some of the finest minds in Australian technology, with a personality that make Federal Mills a true business destination.
